At ComplexCon Hong Kong, Yokosaka Tatsuya is releasing “DISCOVERY,” an artistic narrative set in a post-apocalyptic world, 100 or 200 years after the extinction of humanity.
Yokosaka, born in Gunma Prefecture, Japan, in 1981, draws inspiration from the enchanting techniques of celluloid painting, infusing his artworks with a unique touch. By layering pictures drawn on transparent film over canvas backgrounds, he creates mesmerizing compositions that transcend traditional boundaries. Having established his presence in the art world, Yokosaka's talent was showcased in numerous prestigious exhibitions.
Within this captivating tale, a solitary figure modifies a classic Porsche into a time machine, embarking on a quest to unravel the enigmas of the past. Yokosaka collaborated with Growthring Supply Co. to launch their newest collection featuring the iconic “九龍” design—a must-see for enthusiasts.
