TripleRepertoryInnovative (TRI) Theatre! Offers the chance to see three plays in a day - Shakespeare's Othello, Brecht's Arturo Ui and Adrian Tilley's Responsibility. Themed "In Love with War", each production has special resonance for Hong Kong audiences: Brecht's Ui, allegorising Hitler's rise to power, bears comparison with 1930s Shanghai gangsterdom; the "yellow" Othello is a UN army general defending Taiwan against a mainland Chinese armada; while Responsibility turns around Japan's Christmas 1941 invasion of Hong Kong.
