屯門官立中學校友管樂團

Tuen Mun Government Secondary School Alumni Wind Orchestra (“TMGSSAWO”), a registered non-government organisation (“NGO”) in Hong Kong, was founded in April 2009 by founder Mr. TAM Wing Kin, Kenneth and a group of music lovers who all graduated from Tuen Mun Government Secondary School (“TMGSS”). Currently TMGSSAWO has around 40 active members including both Hong Kong and overseas music students, amateur performers and professional musicians. All members of TMGSSAWO are ex-members of Tuen Mun Government Secondary School Symphonic Band (“TMSSB”).

Through regular rehearsals and music performances, TMGSSAWO aims at gathering passionate alumni to inspire new musicians and expand musical appreciation in Hong Kong. Under the lead of Mr. SO Tak Tai, Derek, music director and conductor of TMGSSAWO, TMGSSAWO has successfully performed in a wide variety of music activities.

A couple of highlights of performance by TMGSSAWO throughout these years as follow:
- The Hong Kong International Band Fair 2009 by Hong Kong Band Directors Association
- TMGSSAWO Premiere Concert in August 2010. Saxophone sololist: Mr. FUNG Wai-Heng, Maxwell
- The 30th Anniversary Music Concert for TMGSS. Programme highlight: Trumpet & Trombone Duet
- Macau Band Fair 2013 by Macau Band Directors Association
- TMGSSAWO Annual Concert in Sep 2013. Programme highlight: Saxophone Ensemble
