ROUND III – Finals (Part 2) – Concertos
Each one of the 6 Finalists will be performing a concerto of his/her choice to be selected from the following list:
L. v. Beethoven : Concerto No. 3, 4, 5
F. Chopin : Concerto No.1 , 2
S. Prokofiev : Concerto No.2, 3
S. Rachmaninov : Concerto No.2, 3
C. Saint Säens : Concerto No.5
R. Schumann : Concerto
P. Tchaikovsky : Concerto No.1
Saturday 19th October
Concertos Performances, starting at 19:00
Finalists 1, 2 & 3 will each perform a Piano Concerto played with the official Orchestra of the Competition..
Performance by Finalist 1
Intermission of 15 minutes
Performance by Finalist 2
Intermission of 15 minutes
Performance by Finalist 3
The three Finalists performing in the evening will be rehearsing with the Orchestra in the morning as follows:
9:30 to 11:00 (Finalist 1)
11:20 to 12:50 (Finalist 2)
13:10 to 14:40 (Finalist 3)
