This is a tribute to the rich musical traditions of the countryside, featuring warmly lyrical music incorporating folk melodies, be it Slavic, Gypsy, Bohemian and Hungarian. Composers from different eras and styles integrate folk elements and catchy tunes into sophisticated classical compositions.
