KINGS Rhythmic Gymnastics Ballet Academy (HK)

KINGS Rhythmic Gymnastics Ballet Academy (HK) - the first rhythmic gymnastics academy in Hong Kong, provides rhythmic gymnastics professional knowledge to students through training courses prepared by RG expert Dr Yolanda Ng based on her studies on Theory and Methodology of Sports Training.

KINGS is the first to introduce the UKRG Examination to the rhythmic gymnastics industry in Hong Kong. KINGS Rhythmic Gymnastics Examination Course is linked to the UKRG Examination. KINGS students can obtain their first international certificate at the age of 3.

KINGS is led by Rhythmic Gymnastics expert Dr Yolanda Ng, Doctor of Sports Training from Beijing Sport University,the top ache University in China. Our full-time teacher team is trained by courses prepared by Dr. Ng in her expertise and has obtained the teacher qualification issued by the Hong Kong Rhythmic Gymnastics Association. In addition to professional RG techniques training, early childhood education and classroom safety training are also included, so that all KINGS' teacher acquire the most comprehensive knowledge to teach our students.

Practicing rhythmic gymnastics can enhance muscle coordination and develop grace. Build children's self-confidence, creativity and willing to take up any challenges. Hence, to develop a comprehensive and positive personality.
