Showcasing Stan Kenton's works from the 1950s featuring the big band rhythm section, including Latin and Afro-Cuban music from the album Cuban Fire. The programme also highlights vocal tributes to the Stan Kenton Orchestra, including June Christy’s "Tampico" and Anita O’day's "And Her Tears Flowed Like Wine”.

In addition to music from the Stan Kenton catalog, the evening features a tribute to the Glenn Miller Orchestra, including classics such as "In The Mood", "A String of Pearls” and other swing standards. The programme also features songs from Doris Day, Chris Conner, Rosemary Clooney, Bette Midler, and other great American hits with special guest singers.
