Inspired by the True Story of an African Teen, William Kamkwamba
Not a drop of rain, nor any corn or grain could be found in the degraded land amid the never-ending drought with most of the trees being cut down. Thirteen-year-old Wayans honors his family by being the first member receiving education, it turned to be a shame when he was expelled. Witnessing neighbors fleeing from hunger, Wayans ignored the mocking from others and determined to build a windmill to feed the village by using garbage dump.
Hand in Hand Capable Theatre and people with different abilities are back on stage this year to move every souls with Wayne's spirit of persistence that makes dream come true.
