The pandemic in the past three years would not change our determination to unite the pride community. This year's Hong Kong Pride Parade will continue to gather us together in the form of a Rainbow Market that every corporate, organization, and participant can celebrate as one.

Important Notice for Reservation
1. Quota of reservation is limited for this event and on a first come first served basis; reservation will end once quota is full.
2. Each email address is only available to register for one ticket. Each ticket is for one person only; you may choose two sessions at most.
3. Toddler or child will be counted as one person. (as per Ordinance 599F)

Important notes for Admission
Hong Kong Pride Parade 2022 – Rainbow Market will be held on 12 – 13 November 2022; visitors’ admission tickets for 12 November serve as proof of successful reservation (13 November admission will be distributed via quota tags).

1. Opening Period: 12:00 – 20:00;
2. Reservation for admission must be made through art-mate before entry;
3. This reserved ticket is only valid and available for the entrance of the [Hong Kong Pride Parade 2022 – Rainbow Market] 12 November 2022;
4. Each ticket is for one person to enter, and a toddler or child will be counted as one person;
5. The event will be divided into 8 sessions, each session is 60 minutes;
6. To ensure smooth operation and convenience of every participant, please arrive at the reception area 15 minutes before the starting time of each session to register and redeem the assigned wristband for each session. Please prepare the reservation QR code to the staff for scanning and checking;
7. Each participant should finish the entire process within the reserved session, late-comers will not have extra time;
8. The organizer arranges the entrance according to the number of participants at the venue. The organizer reserves the decision rights to add, withdraw and change participant capacity;
9. Tickets cannot be sold or resold for business, promotional and/or advertisement purposes. If it is found, that person will be disqualified;
10. All admissions must arrive and leave the venue on time according to the listed time on the ticket of each session, all sessions are non-exchangeable;
11. If the ticket holder is absent for the reserved session, there will be no make up session;
12. All participants must follow the admission policy, the organizer reserves rights of permission of entrance.
13. Receipts of consumption at the event are not applicable to the mall’s promotional activities.

Epidemic prevention measures
1. Before entering the venue, visitors should scan the “LeaveHomeSafe”QR code and present the “VaccinePass”, details should be according to the latest announcement and regulations of the government;
2. Based on the arrangement of the “VaccinePass”, visitors can present the digital vaccinated record QR code inside the latest version of “LeaveHoneSafe”mobile app, or the QR code of Vaccination Medical Exemption Certificate issued by doctors, details should be according to the latest announcement and regulations of the government;
3. All participants must wear facial masks to enter the venue and wear them at all times inside the venue. Otherwise, that person will be declined entry or be asked to leave the venue;
4. Anyone accepting compulsory quarantine or wearing a Quarantine wristband will be denied entry;
5. Temperature check for all visitors entering the venue is conducted at control points. Anyone with higher than 37.5°C and/or displaying respiratory symptoms will be denied entry;
6. Do not gather at the venue, and keep appropriate social distance.

Preventive Measures in response to COVID-19
1.Strengthen capacity control inside the venue;
2.When the number of participants is at the required maximum capacity, all awaiting participants should be queueing up and waiting for entry at the designated area;
3.Additional anti-virus facilities, all participants should clean their hands;
4.The venue will be disinfected regularly;
5. Social distancing measures are implied at the waiting area;
6. The organizer can amend or replenish the contents of these terms and conditions without notification.

Arrangements under inclement weather conditions
1. Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above:
a. If the signal is issued at 10:00 am, the market will be canceled;
b. If the signal is issued during the opening hour of the market, the market will remain opened;
2. Thunderstorm Warning; Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning; Tropical Cyclone No. 3, the market will remain opened;
3. If the event cannot operate normally due to the inclement weather conditions, the event will be canceled, and no rescheduling will take place. Please pay attention to the latest arrangements and announcement on the organizer’s official Instagram and Facebook page.

General visiting admission rules and regulations
1. Due to security and safety reasons, the organizer reserves the rights to check all the visitors and their personal belongings;
2. Children who are aged under 10 must be accompanied by adults;
3. There is no luggage or baby stroller storage areas provided, please keep your personal belongings safe;
4. Media and promotional shooting will be conducting inside the venue, images of the visitors may be used for non-business purposes (including media press);
5. Please pay attention to your belongings at all the times, organizer is not responsible for any lost or damages of personal belongings;
6. Smoking or electronic cigarettes/Vape is prohibited;
7. Do not run;
8. Do not climb or move any decoration at the venue;
9. The organizer reserves the right to pursue any intentional damage to the facilities in the venue;
10. If visitor violates the above rules, the organizer reserve the rights to refuse entry or ask the person to leave the venue immediately;
11. The organizer can amend or replenish the contents of these rules and regulations at any time and without notification.
12. When entering the venue, the visitors hereby confirm to have read, understood and agreed upon all the regulations and terms and condition of this event, and willing to assume all risks;
13. All decisions regarding any disputes under these terms of entry will be reserved by the organizer in compliance with applicable law.

*In case of discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version of the terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
