The Viva! Pipers are back with Prokofiev’s family classic “Peter & the Wolf” – a fascinating story about the two title characters and a crowd of animals, each represented by different (combinations of) instruments in the quintet and narrated by the musicians themselves. Together with an additional selection of pieces to complement the programme, this concert is a great way to experience the descriptive ability of music and to spark children’s imaginations. Certainly it’s an event not to be missed!
