HKCO4U – The Kaleidoscopic Sounds of ShengHong Kong Chinese Orchestra

Wei Shen-fu, the Assistant Principal Sheng of the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra, has a track record of winning awards and recognition since he was in school. He shows diversity as a performer, being able to command the traditional repertoire while injecting innovative ideas when collaborating with other musicians in performing contemporary works. On this HKCO4U platform for young musicians, he will perform a programme picked from the traditional-contemporary mix using different types of sheng.
