- All tickets will become invalid 20 minutes after the start of the performance, and other individuals can immediately register the invalidated tickets through art-mate.

- The concert runs 90 minutes without intermission.
- Concert Hall will open for entry 20 minutes before the performance.
- Latecomers should wait at the designated area and can only enter the venue at certain time of the show.
- Eating or drinking is not allowed inside the Concert Hall, and bringing items that may disrupt the performance (including but not limited to LED signs, lightstick, and other light emitting devices etc.) is prohibited.
- Photography, video and audio recording are strictly prohibited during the performance. Viewers may take photos during the curtain call as long as it does not disturb other audiences.
