"WHEN SOMEBODY SMILES", the first solo exhibition in Asia by Hong Kong Artist TTS. The exhibition features a series of acrylic paintings showcasing TTS' iconic 笑 / Smile motifs in various formats, shapes, and colours.
In "WHEN SOMEBODY SMILES", TTS transforms canvases into contemplative spaces with quiet yet dynamic energy. Drawing inspirations from Chinese monochrome glazed porcelain and embossed pattern techniques, TTS integrates ancient aesthetics with contemporary motifs on canvases with simple yet profound colours.
