CDCC Youth Philharmonic Orchestra Concert "Paean"The City of David Cultural Centre

Our Orchestra was founded by a group of secondary students from Munsang College in 2023. More and more secondary students from different schools then joined the orchestra afterwards. All of the members and the core committees have been braving the storm in order to make this project happen.

Our original intention of finding this orchestra is to provide a large-scale performing experience for students from different schools as most of the schools in Hong Kong do not have the ability to perform a large-scale concert program on its own . The performance will be completely student-led, under the governance and support of The City Of David Cultural Centre ( CDCC ) and other organizations.We believe that this orchestra can bring music to this cultural dessert and expose the beauty of music to the general public in the near future.

🎼音樂會中，我們會為聽眾演奏三首鼓舞人心的樂曲。
有充滿着熱情，堅強及澎湃的《溫莎的風流婦人序曲》，更有歌劇裏面耳熟能詳的音樂片段《卡門第一第二組曲》，最後也為大家帶來柴可夫斯基的《第五號交響樂》，從熱血沸騰的音樂中感受到柴可夫斯基由缺乏自信到積極擁抱生命的轉變過程。
我們盼望透過音樂能夠激勵不同的生命，是非常適合一家大細參與的活動，大家萬物錯過🤗
