奧村晃史

Born in 1972 in Gifu Prefecture, Okumura received his art education at Gifu University and Fukui University of Technology. Since the 1990s, he has been creating a series of works focused on animal themes, holding numerous solo exhibitions in Japan and South Korea. His work has been recognized with art and culture awards from Gifu Prefecture and Gifu City. Okumura's artworks are collected by institutions such as the Gifu Prefectural Museum of Art and Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine.
