- The workshop will be held outdoors.
- The workshop will be conducted in Cantonese, suitable for aged 16 or above.
- Tix include admission fee to Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden

 

【Terms and Conditions】
- On the specified activity date and session, at the venue, please present the purchased Art-mate e-voucher to the front desk staff of the organizer (the front desk will open 30 minutes before the performance).
- Latecomers may miss part or all of the event content, and the organizer will not provide refunds or tix exchanges for such circumstances. Please arrive early.
- All purchased or issued tixs cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged regardless of attendance. Any tixing fees or service fees already paid, including but not limited to customer service fees and handling or administrative fees (if applicable), are non-refundable under any circumstances. Reselling tixs in any form is strictly prohibited.
- Each tix admits one person (regardless of age)
- In case the event needs to be canceled or postponed, the organizer is responsible for program arrangements and reserves the right to reschedule. The organizer reserves the right to reduce quotas, postpone, or cancel the event in response to any epidemic prevention measures or for any reason.
- The organizer reserves the right to change the event program without prior notice.
- All tix-holding participants must comply with the venue rules. Any person violating the venue rules may be denied entry, and related tix fees and priority booking service fees will not be refunded.
- In case of any disputes, The Lost Child Project HK reserves the right to make the final decision.
- Due to the steep and narrow roads at the art festival venue, participants will traverse steep roads in the downhill, mid-hill, and uphill areas within the garden, making it difficult for wheelchair users or individuals with mobility issues to tour or participate in related activities even with accompanying persons. The art festival venue organizer has issued a notice (see Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden|Note to Visitors in Wheelchairs: https://www.kfbg.org/tc/announcements/note-to-visitors-in-wheelchairs ), stating that wheelchair users are not allowed to tour the aforementioned areas.The Lost Child Project HK apologizes for any inconvenience caused and promises to continue developing more inclusive natural art experiences. For any related inquiries, please contact the following tixing inquiries.
- Crowd control measures may be implemented on the day of the event. Please follow the instructions of the event or venue operations team.
- During the event, please follow the instructions of the event or venue operations team and do not leave midway. The organizer will not provide refunds or tix exchanges for participants who miss part or all of the event due to leaving.
- The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or participation to individuals who do not comply with the terms.
- The organizer has the right to take photographs, videos, and recordings for promotional and record-keeping purposes during the performance.
- Participants are advised to take care of their personal belongings and maintain the facilities and items within the venue. The organizer will not be liable for any personal injury or property damage caused by participants during the event. Participants are advised to purchase appropriate insurance according to their needs.
- Please ensure that your mobile phone is fully charged and retrieve the Art-mate e-voucher and barcode in advance for tix verification upon entry. The network signal in some areas of the garden may be weak, and necessary information may not be downloaded in time.
- The event will take place outdoors. Participants are advised to bring reusable water bottles, drinking water, towels, sun hats, sunscreen, insect repellent, rain gear, etc. Water refill stations are available in the garden.

- Please abide by the visitor guidelines within the park
- The park does not allow visitors to drive around on their own. Please refer to the transportation guide to the park
- Information for wheelchair users
- Feel free to download the park map beforehand for reference:

- The park does not sell bottled water, but drinking water is provided for visitors. Participants are encouraged to bring reusable water bottles.
- Food options within the park are limited, so it's advisable to bring light and non-perishable snacks for when needed.
- In line with the principles of environmental protection and nature conservation, please try to use reusable items as much as possible within the park.
