"Attack on Titan in concert" – Concert follow-up and refund arrangements
We hope to inform you further on the arrangements in relation to the "Attack on Titan in concert".
Earlier, the "Attack on Titan - Concert Hall" ( "AoT Concert" ) originally scheduled to be held by the Hong Kong Festival Orchestra ( "HKFO" ) on 8 December 2024 had to be canceled due to "emergency venue maintenance" issues. Recently, one of HKFO’s other concerts also faced similar venue maintenance concerns leading to a cancellation. Undoubtedly, such news must have caused a great deal of disappointment to our fans.
On the AoT Concert, while we have spent the past three months finding a suitable venue to host the AoT Concert, the venture has ultimately been unsuccessful. Understanding that some audience would like to refund, we now announce cancellation of the AoT Concert and offer a full refund to all members of audience.
Refund Arrangement
Ticket holders will receive a full refund of both the ticket price and the handling fee. Refunds will be automatically processed to the account used for purchasing tickets within 6 to 8 weeks.
