Overview

The workshop is designed for the elderly in the community and their relatives. Dance artists will lead participants to personally experience different forms of bodily movement through a series of games and everyday objects.

Through interaction, a bridge of communication will be built, enabling participants to observe and feel through bodily movements, letting go of daily burdens and embracing a shared new experience.

Target audience:
• Seniors and their family members (e.g. spouses, children, or grandchildren etc.) are welcome to join
• During registration, each unit consists of two participants
• Sha Tin residents and the public are welcome

Remarks:
• Each session runs for about 2 hours
• No dance experience required
• 5 sessions in total - Identical programme content across sessions
• Limited capacity on first come, first served basis
