This workshop aims to provide a method for stress relief through bodily movement for the people around the district. This allows them to create a space for themselves to breathe and focus on their own physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Target participant:
• Suitable for caregivers and seniors
• Sha Tin residents and the public are also welcome
• No dance experience required
Remarks:
• Each session runs for about 2 hours
• 6 sessions in total - Identical programme content across sessions
• Limited capacity on first come, first served basis
