Afterimage, composed by Chris Cheung featuring drummer Peter Yip, is a 30-minute jazz-electronic performance exploring themes of time and memory. Chris's composition blends expressive keyboards, modular synthesis and dynamic rhythms to craft a cinematic soundscape. Drawing subtle inspiration from Rene Magritte's evocative imagery, the set invites audiences to reflect on fleeting moments and new imaginings through a vibrant interplay of jazz and electronic textures.
