The 2025–26 18dART Community Arts Scheme 'Taipo Rhythm Pulse' Creative Percussive Arts Project is presenting its Finale Concerts at the Auditorium, Tai Po Civic Centre on 8 March 2026.

With upbeat and whimsical pieces like 'The Typewriter', 'The Syncopated Clock' and 'Visional Train', our musicians will recreate fond memories reminiscent of the past. Not only will obsolete mechanical devices be transformed into musical instruments, but also be interpreted by percussion instruments of similar timbres and sonic impressions, forming a close and timeless relationship between the art of music and everyday life.

Family, teen and adult participants of our rehearsal workshops will proudly showcase the outcome of their three-month percussion ensemble training, presenting the iconic 'Theme from Mission: Impossible' and 'Technology' by American composer Jim Casella. Get in this outstanding vigour and irresistible groove.
