Pinhole Camera Workshop – An accompanying program to the German Photo Book Prize ExhibitionGoethe-Institut Hongkong

As an accompanying program to the German Photo Book Prize Exhibition, the Goethe-Institut Hongkong invites Siu Wai Hang to host a Pinhole Camera Workshop.

During the Workshop Siu Wai Hang will teach participants how to transfer a hard cardboard into a pinhole camera.
“The birth of photography means that man has found a way to capture images. Unlike painting, photography embraces science and craft, and understanding how they work makes it easy to capture images. This workshop begins with primitive photography and opens up the participants' experience beyond modern electronic photography to understand the process behind getting an image at the snap of a finger." - Siu Wai Hang
