Overview

Understanding context is one way to access contemporary art. In order to make your own interpretations when viewing an artwork, aside from reading about it on exhibition texts and captions, don’t miss the chance to meet the curator or the artist.

In this tour, Wang Weiwei, curator of Spinning East Asia Series II: A Net (Dis)entangled, will guide our visitors through the exhibition. She will introduce artworks by various artists engaging with the notion of ‘East Asia’ and invite visitors to explore and deconstruct the complex and diverse region through the lens of textile. Come take a stroll around our galleries to see the wonderful works on display with the curator!
