New Generations – 7th Wave SeptetJazz World (HK) Ltd., Count-in Music Ltd.

Founded in 2021 by 7 young local jazz musicians, 7th Wave Septet brings innovative jazz originals composed by the members to the audience. Comprised of a full rhythm section of piano, guitar, drums, and bass, and a horn section with alto and tenor saxophone and trombone, the Septet is able to create lush, dense, and varying textures with abundant instrumentation; a rather infrequent occurrence among local bands. The originals explore many styles within the modern jazz spectrum, showcasing the diversity of the composers and bringing the exciting genre to a bigger audience.

- Audience is strongly advised to arrive punctually. Latecomers will only be admitted at a suitable break.
