Overview

The First Hong Kong International Inclusive Dance Festival ( June - July 2023 )

The first and ever Inclusive Dance Festival is an original, exciting large-scale event showcasing the inclusive dance activities from Hong Kong and all over the world. Our mission is to further remove barriers between those with and without disabilities through dance and movement, coming together for artistic exploration and community building, raising awareness and acting as a catalyst for a more inclusive world.

This year, we had invited 11 independent artists and organizations to hold diverse, inclusive and in-depth workshops for all. In the activities that stretch over a month, we not only look back to the history and achievements of Inclusive Dance throughout past decades, but also explore future possibilities to this authentic and immensely creative art form in Hong Kong.
