Jockey Club Creative Arts Centre ( JCCAC ) is a multi-disciplinary artist village and arts centre with a focus on the visual arts. As a non-profit-making and self-financed subsidiary of Hong Kong Baptist University, JCCAC was established to support arts and cultural development in Hong Kong through the provision of arts space ( studio units and activity venues ), the nurturing of creative talents and the promotion of arts and culture in the society. JCCAC sets aside nearly a quarter of its studio units for "Art Student/Graduate" tenancies at concessionary rent to support the early professional development of budding artists. Eligible individuals are invited to submit applications in accordance with the Submission Guidelines, with selected ones to be included in the "Art Student/Graduate" tenancy waiting list.

Step 1
Read the "Tenancy Proposal Submission Guidelines" before completing the "Proposal Form".

Step 2
Complete the "Proposal Form" and prepare relevant documentary proof and supporting information ( if any ).

Step 3
Upload completed "Proposal Form" to the system.
Upload documentary proof and supporting information ( if any ).

Please note:
- All sections highlighted in yellow in the "Proposal Form" must be completed, failing which the application may not be accepted for processing.
- For joint tenancy, each applicant must individually complete PART A, PART B and PART C of the Proposal Form, and submit them with the jointly completed PART D and PART E.
