Strengthen family bonds through circus arts!

This parent-child acrobatics workshop is designed to bring families closer, through fostering teamwork, communication, and trust. It also introduces fun exercises you can practice with your family at home. Led by seasoned circus performers, this interactive experience promises to be both educational and fun!

After a series of engaging warm-up activities, parents and children form pairs to explore partner acrobatics. Under the guidance of Compagnie XY's experienced acrobats, you'll learn basic lifts, balances, and supported movements. This section is all about teamwork and building a connection between parents and their kids. The workshop concludes with a cool-down and reflection session.

- Runtime is approximately 1 hour.
- The workshop is suitable for parents and their children from 6 years old
- Conducted in English.
- Quota is 12 pairs of parents and children.
- Suitable for children aged 6 and above accompanied by one parent or guardian.
- Open to all fitness levels. No prior acrobatic or circus experience required.
- Participants must wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for a wide range of movement, tie back long hair, and remove all jewellery during the workshop.
