【P1-A】Professional Class application【Contemporary Dance Regular Course 2024-25 Season 2 】Passoverdance

This course is specifically designed to enhance participants' dance skills and develop their physical capabilities, aiming to help students comprehensively improve their dance levels.

Under the guidance of professional instructors, students will learn the core techniques of contemporary dance and, through systematic training, enhance their flexibility, strength, and control.

Registration instructions

1. Deadline of P1-A class registration: 16/12 ( Mon )

2. Successful applicants will receive a payment notification email on or before December 23, 2024.
If payment is not completed by the deadline ( before 23:59 on December 27, 2024 ),
it will be considered a forfeiture of the spot. Your spot will be cancelled.

3. Students who achieved 75% attendance will receive a refund ; otherwise,
the deposit will not be refunded. The handling fees incurred when paying the event deposit are
non-refundable.




Course Regulation

1. Students please attend the classes according to the timetable. The company will disclose information on Facebook, Instagram, and its website at least three hours before the start of each class for any changes or updates. There will be no phone calls or emails.

2. Students are advised to wear leotards, casual wear, or sportswear to class, shoes are not allowed inside the studio.

3. Students are encouraged to wear T-shirts and clean socks to class for personal hygiene reasons.

4. If there are no students 15 minutes after the start of the class, it will be cancelled.

5. Students may be required to present an identification document for verification of eligibility by our staff. The company shall have the right to refuse class participation of those who fail to prove their eligibility.

6. In accordance with their ability, students should take on their risks and participate in the classes. Women who are pregnant should not take part in classes; the company is not liable for any injury or illness which may result from these courses. If necessary, the students may consider applying for insurance themselves.

7. For the purpose of promoting and recording, the company reserves the right to take photos or video footage during a class.

8. The personal data as provided in the application form shall be used for the company newsletter and promotion. Applicants have the right to request access to and correct personal data under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. Please contact the company if necessary.



Typhoons and Rainstorms

1. Class will remain usual when Typhoon Signal No. 1 or No. 3, or Amber/Red Rainstorm Warning signal is hoisted.

2. If a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted or remains hoisted 3 hours before the start of the class, the class will be cancelled.

3. If a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning is cancelled or lowered to Typhoon Signal No. 3 or lower, 3 hours before the start of the class, the class will resume normal.

4. If Typhoon Signal No. 1 or No. 3, or Amber/ Red/ Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted during class, the class will be continued. If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted during class, the class will be terminated immediately.

5. The company may decide whether or not to continue classes depending upon the actual situation.

6. Reference is made only to the abovementioned arrangement. In all cases, students must consider weather conditions and transport arrangements in determining whether or not to attend the class. No make-up class or refund will be arranged for the absentee for these cases.

7.No make-up class or refund will be arranged for classes cancelled due to adverse weather.
