Drifting apart or staying still, who dances merrily across the meadow?

★ Celebrated with three IATC (HK) Critics Awards 2024

In 2024, "Flowing Warblers" sparked vibrant discussion, widely acclaimed by critics and audiences. The work unfolds tales of diaspora across Hong Kong, London, Berlin, Girona, and the Cliffs of Moher. These intertwining narrative streams, though flowing through the lives of strangers, shimmer with delicate connections beneath the vault of stars, weaving interconnected choices of leaving and staying.

Following its debut, playwright Chan Ping-chiu revised and deepened the script "Flowing Warblers 2.0". With his distinctive creative vision, he partners with co-director Kingston Lo to distill the narrative to its essence this July. Together they conjure a theatre of shared destiny, illuminating the threads that bind us all.
