You may choose to request a refund or donate to the presenter by clicking the "Ticketing Service" button below the eTicket on or before July 29.
Those who request refund will have their ticket price refunded, excluding any handling fees. The refund will be automatically processed by art-mate and returned to the account used for the purchase within 6-8 weeks. If the account used for the purchase has been closed, please contact the presenter as soon as possible. The presenter and art-mate are not responsible for any losses incurred due to issues with the payment account.
This arrangement can only be processed for the entire set of tickets and cannot accommodate different options for individual tickets.

Due to the forecast of inclement weather in Hong Kong this Sunday (July 20, 2025), the originally scheduled events on July 20, 2025, from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM and 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM will be canceled.
Audiences holding tickets for the July 20 sessions can use their tickets to attend the same time slots on July 19, 2025 (Saturday). If unable to attend, they may also choose to request a refund or donate through the "Ticketing Service" option on their eTicket.

Please note the following important ticketing information:
1. All tickets include a complimentary drink.
2. The early bird discount period is from now until 20 June, 2025.
3. Premium tickets are limited and available while stocks last. Lounge hours are from 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
4. Same price for adults and children aged 4 and above. Children under 4 can attend for free.
5. All net proceeds will be donated to the Maryknoll Convent School Educational Trust for the betterment of MCS students.
6. No refunds or exchanges for tickets sold.
