Leung Ka Wai Ethan 梁枷煒

Ethan embarked on his musical journey at the age of 6 and a half. He has achieved excellent results in ABRSM Double Bass Grade 3 and Grade 5 exam. Now he is pursuing ABRSM Grade 7 exam. Ethan enjoys the beauty of Double Bass and would like to be a composer one day to create more solo pieces for Double Bass.

Ethan also starts learning playing piano at the age of 6 and a half when he heard his mother playing "The Beautiful Blue Danube" at home. This was the very first piano piece Ethan learnt. He continues to learn playing piano from his mother and now pursuing ABRSM Grade 5 piano exam.

In addition to his musical talent, Ethan is also fascinated by drawing. He learnt drawing and calligraphy from his mother since 4 years old and has received numerous awards ever since.

This was the first time Ethan participated in a music competition. The experience he has gained is unforgettable and precious. Thank you Jomusic for organising the event and thank you Mr. Barry Chan, Ethan's Double Bass teacher for playing an important role in his musical life!
