Anson Chan

A drama graduate from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, stage actor Anson Chan has appeared in a number of high-calibre productions for the Hong Kong Arts Festival, Theatre Horizon, On & On Theatre Workshop and Prospects Theatre. His graduation project, the stage play The Black and the Blue of a Man, received Best Production Award and was included as one of the “Top Ten Most Popular Productions” at the Hong Kong Drama Awards (2013). Besides acting, Chan is also an up-and-coming playwright. His play Pigdog was produced by Prospects Theatre under its Playwright Scheme in 2012. Anson is a founding member of Common Ground.
