Ling Chung Wan Kevin

Ling Chung-wan Kevin(b.Hong Kong 1994) graduated from the Academy of Visual Arts, Hong Kong Baptist University in 2017,He was awarded the Tuna Prize at the AVA BA Graduation Exhibition 2017, shortlisted Hong Kong Human Right Prize
2018 and 2021. In 2021, he reconstructed his studio in Tai Kok Tsui into his first solo exhibition" The self as time" ,currently a member of the creative team of the charity” Hass Lab”.
Through urban observation and material exploration to explore a way to create mixed-media artwork.Curious about the traces of time, the connection of diferent materials, and the relationship between daily objects and people. He create works in a wide range of mediums, including earth art, sculpture, video, print, community art, installation, etc., through which viewers can discover my alternative viewpoints on the elements of the city. His works have been exhibited in Germany, Finland, Australia, Japan, Thailand and China, and published in Ming Pao Sunday Life.
