Chemie Ching

Ching received Master of Music degree from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts and Doctor of Musical Arts degree in saxophone performance from the Michigan State University, after graduating from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. Ching was one of the founding members of saxophone quartet Dasch Quartet and the baritone saxophonist of Auteur Saxophone Quartet. Together with the quartets, Ching had won multiple international competitions. Committed to promoting local saxophone music, Ching is currently the Music Director of a local saxophone ensemble La Sax.
