Yeung Sin Man graduated from Academy of Visual Arts Hong Kong Baptist University in 2019. Now she is a part-time museum educator.
Yeung mainly focuses on graphite painting, and she likes to explore the light, shadow and still life in the urban trajectory, such as overpasses, engineering lights and roads, and regards them as themes of creation. The work reconstructs daily scenes into a dreamlike stage with delicate and soft brushstrokes, embodying emotions and imagination in the overlapping black and white light and shadow.
